 The next Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test syllabus has not changed, according to the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) on Monday.

The Council decided that the pass percentage for MBBS will be 55% and that of BDS will be 45% so that the maximum number of students are catered for in the nation. This will make it easier for Pakistani students seeking admission in recognized colleges offering MBBS and BDS programs. Furthermore, applicants for admission to MBBS or BDS must have an FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent degree with 60% of the possible points. There has been a 60% pass rate down from the previous 65%.
